Lions "Sweet spot" is those risks that have:
A Fee income of $5,000,000 / Turnover of $50,000,000 (D&C) or less.
In relation to construction risks we are generally looking for risks with small to mid-sized projects and not those working on larger projects in excess of $50,000,000
That isn’t to say that we won’t entertain risks that are larger or have higher contract values on the construction side and are viewed on a case by case basis.
For risks in the Sweet spot we will write up to $5,000,000 Limit of Indemnity
